It may take 2-3 extra business days for the amount to show in your account. For cash on delivery, we'll initiate a bank transfer within 48 - 72 business hours after receiving the products back. How to Return an Item:

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact our Customer Support team via email within 3 business days of receiving the order, providing your order ID and the reason for return/refund. Send us a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. You'll need to courier the unused product to us in its original packaging. We'll initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the products with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
