For credit/debit card or net banking payments, refunds are processed within 48 - 72 business hours after we receive the products back. It may take 2-3 extra business days for the amount to show in your account. For cash on delivery, we'll initiate a bank transfer within 48 - 72 business hours after receiving the products back. Again, it may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

How to Return an Item:

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Send us a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. You'll need to courier the unused product to us in its original packaging.
